Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled physical therapist to join SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy at our Cedarburg location.
This position requires at least 3 days per week, with the option for additional time. Scheduling to be determined.
Health insurance, APTA partial reimbursement, CEU reimbursement, Short-term disability insurance, Vacation, Sick leave
What You Will Do
Provide initial evaluation and on-going assessments through interview and physical exam
Develop and evolve plans of care and treatment goals
Involve patients in the treatment and education as it relates to their condition, treatment and anticipated progress
Use EMR system to provide timely and accurate documentation of services
Supervise physical therapist assistants
Maintain legal and accreditation compliance
Participate in ongoing development of clinical and professional skills
Engage in promoting self and clinic in the community
Requirements
What You Will Need
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
OCS, SCS, ATC, preferred
Minimum 2-years experience outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, preferred, willing to train the right candidate
Dry Needling Certified, preferred
Continuing education in women’s health, of interest
Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA), required within 90-days of hire
Education:
Doctorate degree
