Position Highlights

• Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation: Treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative patients in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Clinical Growth & Mentorship: Receive structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to develop a clinical focus in areas such as sports rehabilitation, spine, shoulder, knee, and post-operative recovery.
• Dedicated Clinical Support: Treat approximately two patients per hour with support from full-time rehabilitation aides and a 1:1 PT-to-PTA ratio, helping maintain an efficient workflow and allowing flexibility for more complex cases.
• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a predictable, customizable schedule with approximately 60 minutes built in each day for documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $55–$67 per hour, with overtime eligibility and an uncapped annual productivity bonus program. Top performers earned more than $30,000 in bonuses in 2026, creating the potential to approach $200,000 in total annual compensation.
